By submitting your information through the platform, you agree that you may be contacted by phone, email, or text by HomeHeading, participating professionals, or their authorized teams regarding your inquiry, account, or related services, subject to applicable law.

If you are a professional, business user, or account holder who uploads or connects content to the platform, we may use non-confidential branding assets, page content, page screenshots, and other account-related visual materials for marketing, demos, case studies, and platform promotion, as further described in the Terms of Service.

We do not intentionally include confidential consumer information or sensitive personal information in public-facing marketing materials without additional permission.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the platform and related services
• maintain business and operational records
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes
• improve and secure the platform
